The service impressed me greatly. Staff was attentive and helpful. I appreciated hotel cleanliness. Breakfast had good variety, especially local pastries. I enjoyed easy access to tram lines near to hotel. I also stored my bags without any issues after checkout.

I appreciated the breakfast options. There were many choices. the staff was very friendly and helpful (they even gave me some recommendations). the room was clean and spacious enough for my needs. the hotel is close to a metro station. It made getting around easy.
the room i was in could have used better soundproofing. i sometimes had trouble sleeping because of noise from outside.

The breakfast did not impress me! I thought its quality was low. The pastries were dry. They tasted like they had been processed. I also did not like that I had to pay extra for parking. I have almost never paid for parking while staying at a hotel.

I found the staff to be consistently helpful and always smiling. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection with fresh options daily. The location made it easy to explore the historical center. Many sites were within walking distance. A minibar was available in the room, stocked with various drinks and snacks.
The room temperature was difficult to adjust. It remained quite warm, and opening the window was necessary to cool the room at night.
